:: For each of the 10 first people answering this journal I will put his/her avatar and three deviations from his/her gallery on the list.
:: If you answer, youll have to do the same in your journal, putting me on the first place, completing this list with 10 people. The idea of this is not to get a free feature, it is to spread art around for everyone!
The last time I did one of these, only like 5 people responded. Let's see if we can get 10 this time!
First spot goes to my good friend Enshohma. He has a very distinct, clean style, and also possesses an immense encyclopedic knowledge of Japanese sci-fi and fantasy movies & pop culture. He should write a book and make a million dollars.
First comes "Foul Smelling Leftovers," which is fanart of the scene in Gamera vs. Guiron, where Guiron chops up the Space Gayos into smelly, bloody chunks. This was a kids movie.

Second is "Monsters attack Hollywood," which is the cover to a comic book (CAG West Coast Anthology #6) I love all of the people in the crowd, including homages to Dr. Who, Dr. Serizawa (inventor of the Oxygen Destroyer,) and Enshohma's self portrait.

Last is something a bit more recent, "Mary XXX-Mas." Excellent contrast and color, and a hot chick to boot.

Next up is my man MonsterFink. It's really bizarre how he and I seem to share interest in the exact same things
First up is a mock cover to a comic called "The Fearsome Foursome," of which I would read based on the title alone:
[link]
Another faux cover, this one called "Strange Holiday Stories," which once again I would totally buy.
[link]
And lastly a page out of the Necronomicon, which is totally freakin' awesome. Check out Monsterfink's Necronomicon project as well!
[link]
Spot three goes to Mattkind, who has been watching me since I first came onto deviantart and always has good stuff to say.
First is Mad Max, which is one of his original characters. Looks like something I could have thought up myself!
[link]
Next is a ref sheet for another of his original characters, this one a vampire named Dave. I dig the X-Files reference there.
[link]
And last we have a page of the Necronomicon, part of my other friend Monsterfink's project (above.) I could have put all three of Mattkind's Necronomicon pages here, they're all great!
[link]
Spot four goes to DinoHunter2, who specializes in creatures, Kaiju, and of course Dinosaurs.
First up we have "The Creepiest Wyvren," who besides being a pretty neat looking creature has the coolest expression on his face:
[link]
Second is "Tarrun: Paguron" which is an original Kaiju. I really like the shell with the deep sea worms coming from it's back.
[link]
Third is this awesome "Tea Bowl" sculpture, Dino you should do more like this:

Not sure if this game would really be your cup of tea. But I thought you should see this trailer. Because really, whats not cool about shooting giant monsters? The demo is out now on PS3 and 360. I recently redownloaded the demo (it was released in September, I played it back then to but felt like playing it again for some reason) just because I wanted to try some things. For example, that boss creature can swallow you and you can fight inside it! Until it passes you... Awesome stuff though! As you can tell by the trailer, its multiplayer with up to 4 people to take down these behemoths!

Its a Wii exclusive title scheduled to be released this September. It looks cool, real nice adult turn on some childhood favorites:

If the game is HALF as cool as the art, then I can't wait for it! I want to get a Wii soon (my brothers have Wii, but I wanted to hold out for the much cooler looking black one [link] but it doesn't look like they are gonna release it here) but I would rather have my own so I can play the games I like (Metroid, Godzilla: Unleashed, Etc, Etc,) without having to take turns (as is always happening here, that and I prefer my PS3 a large amount of the time anyway).
Any thoughts?

I saw a little "behind the scenes" when I was real young of this, and always wanted to see it since. But for some reason, in my mind I thought was a movie and not just a short that precedes one. Not knowing that fact I just thought it was a movie that never came out. But now, finally seeing it, it lived up to most of the expectations I set for it, besides the fact its only about 8 minutes long lol.
Also, I have to say that Disney can do some pretty cool things still. Its just that some of their TV channels that have gone into the garbage. I sometimes foreget that....
