My participation in the first annual Draw Muhammed day. I debated for a while whether or not I should actually do this, becasue my first reaction was that it was hateful and slightly racist. But really, the more I considered how people like the South Park creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker get death threats for this kind of thing, not to mention all the crap that happened to Lars Vilks over in Sweden that started all this shit, the more it seems like something that needs to happen.
More specifically, this idea that you can kill someone if they insult your religion, that shit needs to stop. Islam needs to join the rest of us in recognizing that someone's religious beliefs do not trump freedom of speech. This is no longer the 15th century, people are not executed for blasphemy any longer. If you don't like it feel free to ban television and the internet in your country, you can join the rest of us when you learn to get a sense of humor.

I think making Muhammad an alien is a very creative approach. Like you said, no one really knows how he looks so why not make him an alien? Matter of fact, I have NEVER met anyone who actually knows how dinosaurs look. They could've been pink with yellow spots and spit fire for all we know.
